Jardel Denies Real Madrid Link

The Sporting Lisbon marksman, who skipped his club's important CL matches with Inter for personal reasons, has denied he had held talks with Real Madrid about a possible move to Spain.

"Everything is possible, but I have not been in touch with Real", Jardel insisted. "I am desperate to leave Sporting, though, and play football again", the player confirmed. Real Madrid have less than 36 hours to make their first - and possibly only - move on the transfer market.
