The Spanish international has made just four appearances this season and was linked with a move to the Premier League in the recent transfer window.
The 24-year-old says if the situation does not change before the conclusion of 2016-17 he will find a new home and there is sure to be a number of potential suitors.
"If I’ve still only made a few appearances by the end of the season, I’ll look elsewhere," Isco is quoted as saying by the Express.
"At 24 years of age, I have the right to better myself."
Tottenham reportedly made a move for the playmaker during the summer window, with Mauricio Pochettino a keen admirer of the player.
If Spurs are to sign Isco, they will reportedly face competition from Premier League rivals Manchester United.
Jose Mourinho is said to be ahead in making a move for the Spaniard, with the Mirror claiming the Portuguese manager hopes to bring Isco to Old Trafford in January.
