Huntelaar: I've never said I want out of Real Madrid

Klaas Jan Huntelaar insists he wants to stay with Real Madrid.

In an interview with AS, Huntelaar said: "It's not true, what I was reported to have said. I know AS printed it, but I do not know where you got that from."

"This is why I am giving another interview to clarify everything."

Asked about being left out of the Champions League squad, Huntelaar added: "It was not easy. The truth is that the hardest blow came when I was told, though I have more or less assumed it."

"It is now a reality. It will not be easy to think what could happen on the field, but I have to take this and focus on what we can do in the league."
