Helguera remains unsure of Real Madrid future

Real Madrid defender Ivan Helguera has again admitted he feels he could follow Luis Figo out of the club.
 
Helguera is inside the final year of his present contract and still to receive a new offer from Real chiefs.

He told AS: "Clearly, I want to renew my contract, but it does not depend on me. It is important to work and to convince them, nothing else."

"I do not want to obsess over it, because in the world of football you never know where you are going to finish. Just look at Figo."

"I will keep Madrid in my heart and always think about being able to re-sign here."
