Hamit Altintop makes Real Madrid debut - and collects first pay-packet

Hamit Altintop made his Real Madrid debut in victory over Ajax last night - and with it earned his first pay packet since his move from Bayern Munich.

The Turkey international joined Real on a Bosman injured and actually asked management not to pay him a single euro until he had fully recovered and made his first team debut.

Altintop was an 84th minute substitute last night for the 3-0 Champions League win.
