Guti agent slams Real Madrid's Luxemburgo

The agent of Guti has slammed Real Madrid coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo over critical comments of the midfielder on Saturday.
 
Luxemburgo blasted Guti over speculation that he wanted to leave Real Madrid because he wasn't playing regularly under the Brazilian coach.

While the player said he accepted Luxemburgo's criticism, his agent, Zoran Vekic, hit back at the Real trainer.

"These comments are wrong and out of place," rapped Vekic to AS. "Guti has been and is a player who has given body and soul to Real Madrid for 18 years."

"A coach also has to be a psychologist and must know how to take care of 20 professionals. What he cannot do is despise one of them."

"Vanderlei Luxembourg does not deal with all the group with equality. It is possible to see this in training, there are some players who do not give their all and absolutely nothing happens with them."

Asked if Guti will now seek to accelerate his exit, where Everton, Liverpool and Arsenal have been linked with the Spanish international, Vekic replied: "We will work very hard to make sure this happens."
