Gremio insist Real Madrid want Mario Fernandes

Gremio sporting director Paulo Pelaipe says Real Madrid want their midfielder Mario Fernandes.

Real released a statement last week insisting their was no bid for the player.

But Pelaipe said: "We have an official offer from CSKA, some interest from certain Italian teams and a proposal from Real Madrid."

"In November there was a representative from Real Madrid watching the game against Fluminese."

"In January, we will listen to what Madrid have to say again."
