Getafe's Gabi slams cold Real Madrid hardman Gravesen

Getafe midfielder Gabi has slammed Real Madrid hardman Thomas Gravesen after their clash on Sunday.

Gabi is recovering from a knee injury which resulted from a tackle by Gravesen and revealed last night: "What happened during the game is part of football, but what I found ugly was Gravesen's attitude afterwards.

"When he passed me in the tunnel, he could see I was in tears. But he never asked me how I was, or wished me good luck. He didn't acknowledge me at all. For that reason, I find it pretty poor."

He added: "I don't know what he could have done. A pat on the back, some sort of gesture. Anything. But I don't want to talk about this anymore."

"In the evening, Emilio Butragueno (Real's vice-president) phoned me to see I how was. But I haven't heard anything from Gravesen."
