Getafe coach Schuster signs pre-contract Real Madrid deal

Getafe coach Bernd Schuster has agreed a pre-contract with Real Madrid, it has been revealed.
German news agency DPA says Schuster has already signed a pre-contract deal with Real, which includes a £1 million compensation clause for both parties. Should Real appoint another coach, then Schuster will be due £1 million, just as the German will have to cough up the same figure if he accepted another job.

The deal is for one-season with the option for another 12 months. A high-ranking Madrid source said: "Schuster is the great option for Madrid at the moment."
