Getafe coach Schuster: I prefer Real Madrid over Bayern Munich

Getafe coach Bernd Schuster refused to rule out a move to Real Madrid at the end of this season.

Schuster is being tipped to succeed Fabio Capello at Real and said yesterday: "I don't know what will happen next season. The certain thing is that no-one from Real Madrid has spoken to me."

"My future doesn't lie with Bayern Munich, that's for certain. If I had a choice, I would prefer to coach Madrid over Bayern."

Schuster also hinted he had already drawn up plans for his appointment at Real: "The truth is they must do a lot better next season. You don't have to go crazy in the transfer market, but I think a Zidane-type signing would help. There's also other areas where improvement is needed."
