Geremi hints of permanent Middlesbrough move

Middlesbrough wing-back Geremi has hinted he may seek a permanent move on Teesside at the end of this season.

The Cameroon international is on-loan from Real Madrid and has quickly adapted to life in England.

He told the Evening Gazette, "It's too early to say for definite that I will stay, because I have to make sure I play well for Middlesbrough."

"But I hope I will enjoy my time with the club and then, who knows?"

Geremi has been pleasantly surprised by the club's facilities and added, "The first thing that surprised me about Middlesbrough was the training ground."

"That for me is the most important thing, because that's my office, that's where I have to work every day."

"Also, the pitch at the Riverside is nice and that is important for me."
