Garcia Remon: I won't walk away from Real Madrid

Real Madrid coach Mariano Garcia Remon insists he won't walk away from the crisis club.

"I've never thrown in the towel," he said yesterday, "and I'm not about to do that now."

"I accepted this job knowing that it carried great pressure. Even more so when the team is playing well."

"To be coach of Real Madrid is great. But you have to know how to handle it. My position relies on the confidence of the president."

"I am not going to say that I will leave. I feel motivated to only get the best from this group of players."
