Garcia Remon can't speak highly of Real Madrid GM Sacchi

Sacked Real Madrid coach Mariano Garcia Remon hinted he was upset with how he was dismissed by new general manager Arrigo Sacchi.

Garcia Remon has been asked to stay on with Real this season by president Florentino Perez and expressed gratitude over the way he's been treated by the club's leader.

But when asked by AS about Sacchi, Garcia Remon wasn't so forthcoming: "It is not easy to talk about someone who has ended the job that you love."

"But he is a football man and I understand he holds a difficult position."

"He knows he will have my support if I remain with the club."
