Former La Primera stars: Why did I join Serie A?

Former La Liga stars Pep Guardiola and Rivaldo are already tired of the restrictive style Serie A.

Roma midfielder Guardiola blasted his coach, Fabio Capello, on the weekend revealing the team has little organisation in its play.

The former Barcelona skipper said, "Roma does not have a defined system of game and the style we play does not allow the ball to be played positively and expertly."

AC Milan's capture from Barcelona, Rivaldo, also criticised the methods of his trainer, Carlo Ancelotti.

"Everything is systematic and structured, there is not enough scope to express yourself. I will have to get accustomed to this, I guess," said the Brazilian.
