Flynn confident Spurs ace Bale can handle Real Madrid move

Wales youth coach Brian Flynn is backing Tottenham star Gareth Bale to handle his move to Real Madrid easily.

Flynn worked with Bale through Wales' youth system.

"Gareth’s public persona is shy and quiet but he was always an integral part of the group when they were together," said Flynn. "He’s not a joker but he’s very much part of the group and close to a lot of the players. He will be able to handle Madrid, no problem."
