Floro linked with Lopez Caro's Real Madrid job

Real Madrid football director Benito Floro is favourite to succeed Juan Roman Lopez Caro should the coach fail to see out the season.

DiarioSport says Lopez Caro has lost the confidence of Real president Florentino Perez after this week's 6-1 Copa del Rey thumping at Real Zaragoza.

It's suggested two more defeats and Perez will seek to replace Lopez Caro with Floro to the end of this season.
