Fiorentina's Portillo hopeful of Real Madrid recall

Fiorentina striker Javier Portillo is keen on a return to Real Madrid.

Its been suggested Real could recall Portillo from his loan with Fiorentina if they sell striker Fernando Morientes.

"I hope that if I must return to Real Madrid it is as soon as possible. I hope that both clubs agree, along with my representative, and if they want that I return I would be delighted," said Portillo.

"I do not know anything and the news has surprised me. But if I must return, I will return happily because it is my team."
