The following is the final list of teams who have qualified for next season's Champions League and Champions League qualifying competition before Friday's draw.

The 2003/04 Champions League will include 32 teams. Sixteen teams qualify automatically for the group stage with the other 16 determined by three qualifying rounds.
No country is allowed to have more than four teams in the competition.
The draw for the first and second qualifying rounds will be made on Friday.
Direct entry to Champions League: AC Milan (Italy) - holders, Juventus (Italy), Inter Milan (Italy), Manchester United (England), Arsenal (England), Bayern Munich (Germany), VfB Stuttgart (Germany), Olympique Lyon (France), Monaco (France), Real Madrid (Spain), Real Sociedad (Spain), Olympiakos (Greece), Panathinaikos (Greece), PSV Eindhoven (Netherlands), Besiktas (Turkey), Porto (Portugal).
Qualified for third qualifying round : Lazio (Italy), Newcastle United (England), Chelsea (England), Deportivo Coruna (Spain), Celta Vigo (Spain), Borussia Dortmund (Germany), Olympique Marseille (France), AEK Athens (Greece), Ajax Amsterdam (Netherlands), Galatasaray (Turkey), Benfica (Portugal), Lokomotiv Moscow (Russia), Sparta Prague (Czech Republic), Rangers (Scotland), Dynamo Kiev (Ukraine), Club Bruges (Belgium), Austria Vienna (Austria), and Grasshoppers (Switzerland)*.
* Note: As AC Milan won this season's Champions League final but also finished third in Serie A, their place in the third qualifying round has been re-allocated by UEFA to Grasshoppers.
Qualified for second qualifying round: CSKA Moscow (Russia), Slavia Prague (Czech Republic), Celtic (Scotland), Shakhtar Donetsk (Ukraine), Anderlecht (Belgium), Graz AK (Austria), Rosenborg Trondheim (Norway), Maccabi Tel Aviv (Israel), Dinamo Zagreb (Croatia), Wisla Krakow (Poland), FC Copenhagen or Brondby (Denmark) - Decided on Sunday, Djurgarden (Sweden), Partizan Belgrade (Serbia and Montenegro), Zilina (Slovakia), CSKA Sofia (Bulgaria), Rapid Bucharest (Romania)*, MTK Budapest (Hungary)*, Maribor (Slovenia)*.
* Note: Because of the elevation of Grasshoppers to the third qualifying round and the absence of an Azerbaijan qualifier from the first qualifying round, UEFA has promoted Rapid Bucharest, MTK Budapest and Maribor to ensure the integrity of the draw.
