Figo won't consider Real Madrid future

Real Madrid ace Luis Figo has refused to speak of his future beyond this season.

Manchester United, AC Milan and Tottenham were all linked with the Portuguese during the summer, though the transfer deadline came and went without a change.

"I don't want to speak about the future," he told Marca. "The only thing that I can say is that I am focused this year on playing my best season and when there is some newness about my future, you will be the first to know."

"I was happy with the way I played last season and I'm pleased people recognised my form. Now I want to do even better this year and win a trophy."
