Figo presents player awards

Portuguese superstar Luis Figo handed the award of best Arabian player of the year to Nawaf Al-Temyat, and best Emirates player to Subait Khatir.

The Real Madrid winger, who moved to the Bernabeu for a staggering $US 37million from Barcelona, was present at the awards as a guest of Al-Super magazine.

The magazine offers the awards annually according to its poll in which fans vote for the best players of the season, and it picked the world star to reward the players with their coveted prize.
