Figo: I don't know if Real Madrid want to keep me

Real Madrid ace Luis Figo admits he is still to hear from the club about whether he will be offered new terms.

The Portugal international is off contract at the end of next season and has been in dazzling form this campaign. Manchester United, Tottenham and Liverpool are among Premiership clubs to be monitoring his situation.

"There's been a lot of speculation. I would like to know if the club wants me or not," revealed Figo. "I think I can play on for a long time. I have a year left on my contract."

"There are moments when I want to renew more anything and then other times not as much. In principle, I will continue for another year here. But we will have to wait and see ..."
