Figo Defends Coach Queiroz

Real Madrid's Luis Figo has defended coach Carlos Queiroz after he was criticised for the 4-1 defeat to Sevilla on Sunday.

"It is clear that míster has his responsibilities for the players he selected, but we are also guilty by the errors that we commit on the field," he said.

"When things do not work, the first person who is attacked is the trainer."

"When we win, we are the best and when we lose, we're the worst. The critics always exist and the important thing is that they are constructive."
