Figo confident about Bayern

Luis Figo believes that Real Madrid can overcome the 0-1 deficit to Bayern Munich and steal a historic win in Wednesday's semi-final return leg.

Figo scoffed at claims that the team are suffering from exhaustion due to the heavy mental and physical pressures on them at the tail end of the season.

"We're fine," he said, "We know that there is not long to go now until the end of the season and it's worthwhile making one last push for success."

“The lads are ready for the challenge. I've got a good feeling about this game and I'm we're sure that we'll make the Champions League final in Milan."

Figo admitted that it would be tough for Real Madrid on Wednesday, as the Spanish side have seldom come away from Germany with good results.

"Bayern are a difficult team to play against But I've never lost over there. I went twice with Barca and drew both times," he concluded.
