Everton boss plays down push for Real Madrid's Gravesen

Everton boss Dave Moyes has played down talk of a return to Goodison Park for Real Madrid midfielder Thomas Gravesen.
 
Moyes told the Liverpool Echo: "I had a conversation recently when I said we would love to have him back."

"But what wasn't mentioned at the time was that I said I know Thomas Gravesen is happy at Real Madrid."

"I also know that no player in their right mind wants to leave Real Madrid in a hurry."

"Unless at any time in the future Thomas felt that he wasn't getting enough football - at the moment, I think he is happy with what is happening out there - I wouldn't see there being anything possible."

"But if ever Thomas felt he wasn't playing enough at Real Madrid, then we would be delighted to have him back and it would be great to see him in an Everton shirt."
