Endrick has reportedly told Milan they would be his first choice if Real Madrid let him leave in January.
According to MilanNews, citing La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Brazilian has made clear that the Rossoneri would be at the front of the queue should he leave the Bernabéu this winter.
The forward has played just four minutes this season after José Mourinho blocked a loan exit in the summer. He could push for regular football, as he did when he joined Lyon on loan last January.
Milan tried to sign him in the summer and his agency, Roc Nation, has strong ties with Rossoneri owner Gerry Cardinale, which could prove decisive.
Real Madrid must first agree to let him go. Milan would take him on a six-month loan, though talks could also cover his longer-term future. His salary of around €2.5m net a season plus bonuses would not be an obstacle.
There is competition. Roma are keen, with Wesley personally lobbying his Brazil teammate, while Aston Villa have also been linked in England.
