Duo miss Valladolid visit

Vicente Del Bosque has only Ivan Helguera and Savio Bortolini missing from his squad for the visit of Valladolid on Saturday evening.

Pedro Munitis could be sacrificed to allow Zinedine Zidane back into the side, otherwise Del Bosque may stick to the team that thrashed Anderlecht 4-1 in the Champions League in midweek.

Valladolid, currently loitering in 15th place in La Primera, will not be able to count on Argentine striker Turu Flores after the player suffered a blow to his right knee last week at Valencia.

Valladolid coach Pepe More is keeping his team-list close to his chest and is expected to announce his eleven shortly before the game.

Real need to recapture their form in the league to improve their placing in the table. With just one win out of the four matches played, the Madrilenos are six points adrift of leaders Celta Vigo with four points.

The match gets underway at 8.30pm on Saturday at the Santiago Bernabeu.
