Drenthe to quit Hercules for Real Madrid return

Real Madrid wing-back Royston Drenthe is ready to walk out on Hercules.

Drenthe is unhappy with unpaid wages still not being met.

"If they don't find a solution for my pay I will go back to Real Madrid to train and regain my strength," Drenthe told Marca.

"Of the six months I have been here they have only paid me for one, and they owe me five. I have a lot of expenses and I cannot work without pay."

"At Hercules they have given me a lot of talk but no action. Until there is action, I am not going back. I love the Hercules fans but this is not right."
