Diaz has Real Madrid Castilla flying after third consecutive win

Real Madrid Castilla are flying under new coach José Manuel Díaz.

The Castilla made it three wins on the bounce with victory over promotion contenders Las Palmas.

Diaz confessed: “We came to win but we didn’t expect to do it the way we did. We thought we were going to have to suffer but we could have scored more goals. We were given the perfect match, the match we wanted."

"There is no magic formula. It’s continuing to work with them everyday, without thinking about the standings since we’re still last, although we have picked up a lot of points in recent matches. Once today’s match is over it’s time to think about Saturday’s match against Córdoba."
