Di Stefano: Barca coach Rexach is a loser

Real Madrid great and honorary president Alfredo Di Stefano has described Barcelona coach Charly Rexach 'a loser'.

Di Stefano was reacting to Rexach's comments last week regarding Real's faltering start to the new season. The Barca trainer had described Real as having more names than a team, "Before, Real Madrid was for the people and city of Madrid. Now it is just for the city."

Di Stefano blasted back on local television last night: "That is what losers say, like Rexach was when he played football."

Di Stefano also slammed former Barca star Hristo Stoitchkov for his claims last week that Zinedine Zidane would create disharmony in the Real dressing room.
