Deportivo La Coruna reach deal with Del Bosque

Deportivo La Coruna have struck an agreement with Vicente del Bosque about taking over from coach Javier Irureta next season.

Marca says the agreement has been reached between Del Bosque, who left Besiktas last week, and Deportivo president Augusto Caesar Lendoiro.

Nothing will be made public until Irureta officially declares he will be leaving the Riazor.

Del Bosque saw off a high-profile list of candidates which included Mane, Luis Fernandez, Joaquin Caparros, Juande Ramos and Carlos Bianchi.

Lendoiro settled on Del Bosque as his profile is very similar to Irureta's and his success at Real Madrid will be welcomed by the Depor support.
