Del Bosque shrugs off Real Madrid six-hit

Real Madrid trainer Vicente del Bosque was matter-of-fact after his team's 6-0 romp over Racing Genk last night.

Michel Salgado, Luis Figo, Raul, Jose Maria Guti and Albert Celades scored for Real, while a Genk own goal made it six on the night.

Del Bosque said, "The game against Genk has been very simple. The team has acted with authority, effectiveness and good football."

"The supporters have enjoyed the night and most importantly we have another three points."

Genk striker Wesley Sonk added, "We knew that it would be very complicated to obtain a good result in the Bernabéu, although Zidane did not play."
