Del Bosque: Ronaldo can join Real Madrid squad this week

Vicente del Bosque has hinted Ronaldo could be ready for his first Real Madrid game this week.

Del Bosque said, "He will play as soon as he is well. My hope is that he participates soon and this week, if all is well, he will be rejoining the squad."

On who will make way for the Brazilian, Del Bosque added, "It's something that is very difficult to handle, but we will try to make sure everyone feels wanted. It hurts a player when he is not involved, but the most important thing is what is good for the squad."

On Fernando Morientes, Del Bosque added, "He is someone who was in a very difficult situation. But I think he's recovering well and is a required player at Real Madrid."
