Del Bosque: Real Madrid will play to win against Borussia Dortmund

Trainer Vicente del Bosque admitted that tonight's clash against Borussia Dortmund was Real Madrid's most important game this season.

"Without a doubt, this game will decide the future of all the teams in this group," he said.

"Nobody can be discarded and it will be important to know the turn out of the other game (Lokomotiv Moscow-Milan) to see how it has left the group standings."

Del Bosque also ruled out playing for a draw, explaining: "Whenever we have taken that attitude into a game, it has ended badly for us."

"So the best thing for us is to try and take the initiative and control the game."

"If we have to defend for 90 minutes, we will struggle."
