Del Bosque enjoys full backing of Real Madrid president

President Florentino Perez and Real Madrid trainer Vicente del Bosque had a breakfast meeting yesterday in Tokyo.

While preparing for tomorrow's Toyota Cup clash with Olimpia, Del Bosque held informal talks with Perez. The trainer's contract situation was not discussed, rather his team's recent form and his plans for tomorrow's clash.

Sources close to Perez insist he is fully behind Del Bosque, despite an inconsistent season so far.

The trainer comes out of contract at the end of the season, but Real intend to open new talks in March.
