The Group B game was originally scheduled for this Wednesday, but was put back a week as a mark of respect for those killed in the siege at a theatre in the Russian capital.
But UEFA said that the game will now be played in the Dinamo Stadium next Tuesday following consultation with both clubs and the respective national associations and leagues.
Swiss side Basel had welcomed the decision to delay the clash earlier on Monday in the light of the happenings in Moscow.
"The move is sensible," Basel striker Hakan Yakin told Swiss daily Blick. "Who in Moscow is thinking of football?"
