Cristiano Ronaldo settles into life with Juventus as he trains in Turin following £100million move from Real Madrid

After all the focus surrounding his £100million move from Real Madrid, Cristiano Ronaldo is settling in well at his new club Juventus.

Ronaldo started training with the squad this week and continued to do so on Thursday as he was put through his paces in Turin.

Juventus are in action against Real on Saturday, but, given that Ronaldo has only just commenced training following his involvement with Portugal at the World Cup, it seems unlikely that he will be involved in that game.

When Ronaldo is declared ready to play it will be intriguing to see where he is deployed by Massimiliano Allegri.

Capable of making a major impact whether deployed up front or out wide, Ronaldo scored 44 goals in as many games for Real last season.

Ronaldo is expected to be available when Juventus get their Serie A campaign underway on August 18 with a trip to face Chievo.

The Portuguese looked focused in training and he will be determined to help Juventus become a dominant force in the Champions League.

While Ronaldo is certainly the most significant arrival at Juventus this summer, the club have made some other notable signings.

Leonardo Bonucci, for instance, has rejoined from AC Milan, while former Liverpool midfielder Emre Can also signed for the club.

Furthermore, goalkeeper Mattia Perin arrived from Genoa and defender Joao Cancelo joined from Valencia.
