The 31-year-old Real Madrid and Portugal star has been named Most Valuable Player (MVP) in the All Football awards for 2016 by Chinese fans.
Ronaldo took to Instagram to show off his trophy, and to say he was 'glad' to have won the award.
The message read: 'Thanks for the support of Chinese fans. Glad to be the All Football 2016 best player.'
Th award is given each year by users of Dongqiudi, a major social media group in China, and was presented to Ronaldo in Madrid.
Ronaldo has completed a near clean sweep of all the individual honours available to him, including the 2016 Ballon D'Or and FIFA's The Best award for men's player.
It comes after 2016 was arguably the most successful year in Ronaldo's already stellar career, with Real Madrid winning the Champions League and Portugal surprisingly triumphant at Euro 2016.
However Ronaldo will have to be at his best on Wednesday night to avoid a much less pleasant start to 2017 than anything experienced in 2016.
Real Madrid face Celta Vigo in the Copa del Rey, trailing 2-1 going into the second leg after defeat in the earlier fixture.
