The teams remaining in the competition have been split into four regional groups for the second round draw, which will take place on Friday 18th October.

Groups 3 and 4 have odd number of teams. Once the draw has been completed for Group 3, the unpaired second division team from that group will then join Group 4's draw.
Group l: Deportivo La Coruna, Celta Vigo, Real Madrid, Atlético Madrid, Valladolid, Numancia, Racing Ferrol, Oviedo, Getafe, CD Leonesa (2B).
Group 2: Osasuna, Alavés, Athletic Bilbao, Real Zaragoza, Eibar, RU Irún (2B).
Group 3: RCD Mallorca, Valencia, Terrassa, Alicante, Hércules, Novelda, Palamós (2B).
Group lV: Málaga, Real Betis, Sevilla, Recreativo, Badajoz, Xerez, Almería, Murcia, Linares (2B).
