Copa del Rey Final Preview: Real Madrid - Zaragoza

It's no secret that Real Zaragoza are the underdogs heading into Wednesday's Copa del Rey final with Real Madrid in Barcelona's Olympic Stadium.

With this in mind, Zaragoza manager Victor Munoz insists his side can spring a surprise as they have nothing to lose.

Zaragoza are no strangers to pulling off shocking results in this tournament and became only the second side to take points away from Madrid at the Bernabeu in league play this past weekend.

However, Carlos Queiroz is determined that his first cup final as Real Madrid manager should be a successful one.

Queiroz stated that Wednesday's Copa del Rey match against Real Zaragoza would be a "fiesta" for Spanish football fans of all allegiances.

His Madrid team are on target for a famous treble this season and do not need any extra motivation for this match.

As well as reaching the domestic cup final, they have reached the Champions League quarter-finals and lead second-placed Valencia by four points in the Primera Liga.

Players to watch:

Raul (Real Madrid): the club captain has yet to win a Copa with the Merengues and will be determined to put that right at Montjuic.

Jose Movilla (Zaragoza): the signing of Movilla has coincided with an upturn in fortunes and this can be no coincidence. He could prove a key player in the all-important midfield battle.
