Club Bruges signing Portillo: My future is Real Madrid

Club Bruges signing Javier Portillo insists his future remains at Real Madrid.
 
The Spanish striker has signed on-loan with the Belgian outfit for this season, but without a purchase option.

Portillo told AS: "(President) Florentino Perez has always helped me and, in fact, he has made sure I never was signed by another club, even though plenty have wanted me."

"He says that he trusts me and that my future is here, at home, in the Bernabéu."

He added: "I intend to return. I haven't thrown in the towel in my quest to make it at Real Madrid."
