Chivu tells Roma: I want Inter Milan deal

Roma defender Cristian Chivu wants a move to Inter Milan.

Real Madrid have had a £13 million bid for Chivu accepted by Roma, but the defender's agent fired a warning at the club's sports director, Daniele Prade, today.

"We have spoken with Prade, he must find an agreement with Inter Milan or we will wait for the end of the player's contract," said Victor Becali.

"It's Inter or Roma [for next season]."

Chivu is inside the final 12 months of his existing Roma contract.
