Chicago Fire move for ex-Real Madrid superstar Zidane

MLS chiefs are trying to coax former Real Madrid star Zinedine Zidane out of retirement.

It's understood Chicago Fire representatives have made contact with the former World Player of the Year about quitting retirement and joining his former Real Madrid teammate, David Beckham, in American soccer's big-time revolution this year.

Chicago Fire are becoming more active in the European market and along with Zizou, have also made contact with the management of Celtic's Poland international striker Maciej Zurawski.
