Chelsea's Makelele expected training ground train!

New Chelsea signing Claude Makelele is still adjusting to life in London.

The former Real Madrid ace found himself in an embarrassing mix-up at training last week.

Chelsea TV reported that Makelele forgot to check the team noticeboard last Thursday and arrived for training at the normal time of 10:00am the following day.

The only problem was that the team were due to train at 3:00pm before catching the coach up to Wolves and Makelele was duly puzzled.

Reporter Neil Barnett said: "He looked on the notice board, which said '3pm train' and asked: 'Where is the train, does it come to the training ground?'"
