Chelsea, Roma alerted as Real Madrid invite Morientes offers

Real Madrid are still listening to offers for centre-forward Fernando Morientes.

The Spanish international scored twice against the China Dragons on the weekend and has impressed new trainer Carlos Queiroz.

However, the emergence of Javier Portillo has made Morientes surplus to requirements and if an offer of £8 million arrives, the Spanish giants will not stand in the striker's way.

Chelsea, AS Roma and Valencia have been linked with the striker.
