Chelsea, Real Madrid make last-day Quaresma bids

Chelsea and Real Madrid are launching bids for Porto wing ace Ricardo Quaresma today.

Record says Porto are prepared to cash in on the Portugal international before the summer market shuts tonight.

Real Madrid are offering £17 million plus Julio Baptista in exchange for Quaresma, while Chelsea are tabling a straight cash offer of over £20 million.
