Chelsea make improved bid for Real Madrid's Robinho

Chelsea have upped their bid for Real Madrid winger Robinho.

The Sun says Chelsea have upped their bid for Robinho by £4million to £28.4m.

But Real Madrid will not release the Brazil ace until they secure a replacement.

Chelsea chief executive Peter Kenyon met Real chiefs in Madrid yesterday in a bid to push the deal through.
