JUVENTUS vs. MANCHESTER UNITED
The influenza bug that has laid low almost half of the Juventus team in the past week has cleared and Marcello Lippi will have only injured striker Alessandro Del Piero and suspended midfielder Alessio Tacchinardi missing for Tuesday's game at the Delle Alpi.
In the absence of Del Piero, Lippi is expected to stick with the formula that worked well for Saturday's 3-1 win over Como -- French striker David Trezeguet playing as a lone striker with Mauro Camoranesi, Marco Di Vaio and Pavel Nedved operating as a trio behind him.
Croatian utility player Igor Tudor could return to the side in a central midfield role but if he is still short of match fitness then Antonio Conte will partner Dutchman Edgar Davids in the defensive midfield role.
Davids and French defender Lilian Thuram were the only two players from the 'flu victims to have missed training on Sunday but both are expected to have recovered fully in time to face United.
Manchester United, who will clinch a quarter-final place if they draw, have lost defender Wes Brown and midfielder Paul Scholes through injury but Mikael Silvestre should be fit.
John O'Shea, who made an impact as substitute in last week's 2-1 win over Juve, is set to come in at left back with Silvestre moving to the centre of defence.
Argentine midfielder Juan Sebastian Veron is back following a ban, but Laurent Blanc is missing with a calf injury, while Quinton Fortune has a broken leg.

DEPORTIVO CORUNA vs. BASEL
Deportivo warmed up for a match they must win with a 6-0 demolition of Alaves on Saturday, a result that keeps them within five points of the leaders in Spain.
Juan Carlos Valeron played the final 35 minutes of that game, his first competitive action in two months, and the Spanish international playmaker could be back in the starting line-up on Tuesday.
Diego Tristan scored a hat-trick against Alaves and that should be enough to convince coach Javier Irureta to play him alongside Roy Makaay up front.
Basel coach Christian Gross is without captain Murat Yakin for the trip to Spain and also has a doubt over Marco Zwyssig.
Defender Yakin missed Saturday's 3-0 Swiss Cup victory over second division Yverdon because of 'flu and failed to travel to Spain with the squad on Monday.
Zwyssig picked up a calf injury in the same game, but is expected to shake off the problem and start in defence.
Hakan Yakin, who scored the winner in the 1-0 over Deportivo in Basel last week, returns to the side after being rested against Yverdon, as does fellow striker Christian Gimenez.
Midfielders Antonio Esposito and Ivan Ergic are still out with calf and knee injuries respectively.
