Team news and probable team line-ups for Wednesday's Champions League matches in Group C:

MONACO v DEPORTIVO CORUNA

Monaco have a major doubt over striker Fernando Morientes who injured his left thigh against Le Mans at the weekend. Team officials will decide just before the match whether he is fit but he has been pivot of Monaco's attacking success this year.

Striker Shedi Adebayor and defender Julien Rodriguez should be fit after knocks at the weekend. If Morientes is unfit, midfielder Ludovic Giuly -- joint top scorer in the French league -- is expected to move into the attack alongside Croatian Dado Prso.

Deportivo will be without left-sided midfielders Fran and Victor and striker Albert Luque as they look for the win they need to secure a place in the next round.

Coach Javier Irureta could decide to pitch former Real Madrid winger Pedro Munitis straight back into the side after his recovery from injury, or opt for the more defensive Jose Emilio Amavisca.

Luque's injury is likely to mean a place in the starting line-up for Walter Pandiani alongside Diego Tristan.

PSV EINDHOVEN v AEK ATHENS

PSV will be without skipper Mark van Bommel, who underwent hernia surgery last week and will be replaced by Theo Lucius, scorer of the only goal in their win in Athens a fortnight ago.

Striker Mateja Kezman is still suspended in the Dutch league, but will line up alongside John de Jong in attack.

Coach Guus Hiddink is optimistic about the fitness of right back Andre Ooijer, who has a shoulder problem but should start. Swiss midfielder Johan Vogel is doubtful, though, with a hamstring injury.

AEK Athens travelled to Eindhoven missing four regulars through injury. Defenders Michalis Kapsis, Michel Kreek, Vassilis Borbokis and midfielder Grigoris Georgatos all stayed in Athens for treatement. AEK are also without the suspended Ghanaian defender Kofi Amponsah, but were lifted by a convincing 3-1 league win over PAOK Salonika on Saturday.
