Champions League group draws

Real Madrid was placed in group A with some hard competition on the road to the final. Juventus FC was lucky to get in the easy group E

This years Champions League drawing found place at 16:00 today. And me must admit that Real Madrid was placed in group A with some hard opponents to beat. With us in group A we find:
  • AS Roma
  • Lok. Moscow
  • Anderlecht
    • AS Roma and Anderlecht is a tough call, but with the new strenghed team, we should be able to finish first in group. Their is a chance of Lok. Moscow could be replaced by FC Tirol, because of a complain Tirol made after the game agaist Lok. Moscow. The UEFA board will consider their complains and give the result later. Should the outcome be in favor for Tirol, they will replace Lok. Moscow in Group A. But here follows the groups as they were drawed:

    • But we have great faith in Real Madrid will reach for the final and come home with this years Champions League trophy. Cause... we want it back :-)

    Real Madrid have a really strong team this season and there are lots of great players to use in the fortcomming group games.
