Cassano closer to Real Madrid exit

Antonio Cassano could be on his way out of Real Madrid in January.

Real director Franco Baldini met with Cassano on Friday to discuss his situation and his place at the Madrid club.

Cassano has told Baldini he wants to leave and Real are prepared not to block his exit. Indeed, Baldini assured the striker they will attempt to find him a new club before the winter market opens.
